In order to provide an accurate estimate we require that all equipment be sent to us so that we may be able to evaluate the exact nature of work that must be done. Once we have completely inspected your equipment, we will provide you with a written estimate of the work that needs to be done. We will not perform any repair work without your approval. If you should decline our estimate you will only be responsible for the postage needed to return your equipment.
NOTE: IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED THAT WHEN SHIPPING OPTICAL EQUIPMENT BE SURE TO PACK IT SECURELY TO AVOID BREAKAGE.
